Shipping Countries

The SKRTT currently ships to customers in Vietnam and the United States.

Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping for all eligible orders delivered to Vietnam and the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after the order is received and confirmed. Our order cut-off time is 09:00 PM (GMT+7). Orders placed after the cut-off time may be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 5-12 business days after processing for Vietnam and United States orders. Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs processing, address issues, or events outside our control.

Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout after the order has been processed and shipped. Customers can also visit our Order Tracking page or contact support with their order number.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost during transit, please contact us with your order number and supporting photos if applicable. We will review the issue and assist accordingly.
