1. Delivery Information

  • Processing Time: 1-3 Business Days
  • Shipping Time: 15-20 Business Days
  • Total Delivery Time: 16-23 Business Days
  • Tracking Details: Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

Note:

  • Changes to the shipping address cannot be made after dispatch.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

2. Order Cancellations

  • Timeframe: You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placement by contacting us at support@theskrtt.com.
  • Fees:
    • No fee if the order hasn’t been processed.
    • A 15% management and transaction fee applies for cancellations after processing.

3. Return Policy

We only accept returns for defective or damaged items.

Eligibility:

  • Accepted Returns: Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Non-Accepted Returns: Returns due to dislike, sizing issues, or non-defective reasons are not eligible.

Steps to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact support@theskrtt.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, issue description, and photos of the defective/damaged item.

Shipping Notes:

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Use trackable shipping for items over $75 to ensure safe delivery.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Email support@theskrtt.com with your order details and photos of the defect/damage.
  2. If approved, we will provide a return address.
  3. Processing time for exchanges is 5-7 Business Days after receiving the returned item.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 Business Days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
